• the type of service you're interested in (translation, proofreading, editing, etc),

• the language the file is in and the language you'd like it translated into,

• the subject matter of the file, 

• an estimated wordcount, and

• the deadline.

Any other info, such as the format and quality of the file, is always welcome. I'll review everything and get back to you with my best rate.
